ACCOUNTS

My login doesn't work. What do I do?

Make sure both your username and password are case sensitive and spelled correctly. Also, check to make sure there are no extra spaces in either situation. If you're still having a problem, Contact Us and let us know and we'll get on the case right away.

 

I forgot my Username and/or Password.

If you forgot your username and/or password, simply click on the corresponding link when you're asked to log in. You'll be redirected to a page where you'll be asked to provide your email address. Once you fill in your address, click 'Submit' and we'll send you the info you need via email.  


How do I access my online profile?

Go to the top navigation bar from any page within our website and click the tab labeled My InnerTitan. A drop-down menu will appear where you'll find My Profile. Click that button and you're on your way.


How do I SEE MY past ORDERS?

Go to the top navigation bar from any page within our website and click the tab labeled My InnerTitan. A drop-down menu will appear where you'll find Order History. Click that button and you're on your way.


BILLING & PAYMENTS

What Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

DOES MY BILLING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

No. Your billing address needs to match the address on file with your credit card company. We will be happy to ship your order to an alternate address for you.

Do you offer subscriptions on products?

No, we do not currently offer the ability to receive any products on a subscription basis.

WHEN DO YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

We charge your credit card for the Order Total once you confirm all details of your order (shipping address, billing address, payment information, the products and quantities of each you would like to order), and then submit your order it by pressing SUBMIT ORDER at the bottom of our Checkout page.

Can I pay with my PayPal Account?

No, we currently do not accept payment via Paypal accounts. If you have a Paypal credit/debit card, you may use that during checkout like you would any other credit/debit card.


ORDERING

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SUPPLEMENTS ARE RIGHT FOR ME?

Every person is different. Different shapes and sizes, different experience levels, different levels of fitness. And because of this differentiation, we want to make sure you get the right supplements for your specific health and fitness situation. If you're unsure of what is right for you, please consult with a licensed physician, licensed fitness expert, or your licensed personal trainer.


DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, we offer a Guest Checkout option if you'd prefer not to create an account at InnerTitan.com. Creating an account allows you to store things like your shipping and/or billing information so that you can place your orders quicker than having to enter it on each order, but is not required to order any items from our website. If you choose to create an account, you'll only need to do this once, and as always, any information you provide will be kept confidential, secure, and will not be given or sold to any third-parties as your privacy is our utmost priority.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR HAVE AN ISSUE WITH WHAT I RECEIVED, CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes, please see our Return Policy for how to proceed with making a return.


SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders received by are shipped within one business day (Monday through Friday). All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Standard shipping rates will deliver your products in 5-7 business days upon receipt of your order. To receive your order more quickly, additional shipping options are available to you during checkout, including 2-Day, 3-Day and Next Day Air (additional costs apply).

What Is your shipping policy?

All domestic residential orders will be shipped via UPS, at the speed you select (we currently offer Ground, 2-day, 3-day and Overnight options). All Military/PO Box/Alaska/Hawaii orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. All UPS and USPS shipping charges will be calculated by InnerTitan and the respective carrier, and added to your order, which you will see displayed during the checkout process. Any address changes, cancellations or delivery interceptions to processed orders will incur a $10.00 charge. All orders returned to InnerTitan due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be subject to a $10.00 charge and a 10% restocking fee.
