Return Policy

InnerTitan is dedicated to making sure our customers are fully satisfied, and we want each and every customer to receive the correct product in a timely fashion so you can always bring your top performance to the gym each day! We have a return policy in place to protect our customers against damaged and incorrectly shipped products:
If you desire to return a product that has been damaged (shipment, heat, other) or you have received the wrong product, please contact InnerTitan and provide us with your following information:

• InnerTitan invoice number
• Product description, item # and quantity purchased
• Dates of purchase (all returns must be must be within 60 days of purchase)
• Reason for return (damage, incorrect item)

Once InnerTitan receives the information above, we will issue an Return Authorization number (RA#) so the product can be returned to our warehouse facilities.

Such RA# will be provided within 48 hours. It is required that you, the customer, mark the outside of the returned boxes with the RA #; Packages without RA #'s clearly marked on packages will be refused.


Customers must contact InnerTitan regarding damages within 48 hours of delivery.


Inventory availability is not guaranteed. Customer will be notified via e-mail regarding out-of-stock products. Split shipments are available upon customer approval in the event the order cannot be shipped complete from one InnerTitan warehouse.

Important information:

All returns must be mailed within 45 days from when customer receives RA #.
In the case of customer ordering error, InnerTitan will gladly exchange the unopened product, but we simply ask that you pay shipping to return it to the warehouse.
In the event of missing products, contact InnerTitan customer service within 24 hours so we can help resolve any problem and get a new shipment to you as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns on Cash on Delivery items.
InnerTitan charges 10% restocking fee on all customer returns to keep our distribution costs low to help our customers get the lowest price every day.
Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in resale condition.
Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned.
No Cash refunds given on returns.
