What if we chose loving awareness first?

Sanctuary is a deliberately gentle space where we prioritize a co-created private, peaceful, and protected haven to support the greatest potential of deep transformation in a natural, harmonious, and integrated way.

Our intention is to offer our nervous systems their strongest opportunity to relax and rewire into the calm parasympathetic state of 'rest-and-digest'. An opportunity for a full sensory reset.

We are devoted to the creation of Brave Spaces.

Spaces of openness and presence that encourage us to return to freedom and simplicity.

Where we courageously connect to our authentic self and each other from a place of curiosity and play!

 

A place where performance can be dropped and we can be welcomed exactly as we are. From quiet stillness to openly sharing, we are all equally received by our co-created space and each other.

We live in a world where we cannot guarantee 'safety', 

as safety is relative to each of us based on our experiences and perspectives.

AND what we can do is choose to be clear about how we are creating a shared space to welcome you!

Sanctuary

Empowered-Based Events and Spaces

Before the event:
🦚 
pictures of the space accessible online (clarity and transparency)
📜 write-up of the event accessible online
🌅 agreement to arrive 10-15 minutes early 
(allows for greater energetic harmonization and nervous system co-regulation)
🦨 agreement to be scent aware (no chemical perfumes/colognes and mindful usage of other products)

At the beginning of the event:
📵 no phone usage or pictures inside event space*
🌄 arrival 10-15 minutes early to get settled
🙊 confidentiality awareness 
(respect the privacy of others sharing and experience)
🐦‍⬛ communication that participants may leave at any time (full self agency and choice)
🕊️ permission asked to serve energy/touch
🦑 introduction of all elements 
(what may be experienced, sound instruments, lighting, smells, food items, etc)
🐈 opportunity for questions/requests (invites active participation)

At the end of the event:
🐚 final check-in
🫧 communication of how attendees may follow-up if required

Clarity of purpose: Constant photography and a lack of privacy can act as chronic stressors, forcing the nervous system into a state of hyper-arousal that mimics the ‘flight or fight’ response. This can lead to elevated cortisol and adrenaline levels, leading to long-term nervous system exhaustion and chronic burnout.
