Together we will co-create an empowering synergy and step into an environment of pure presence. One of vast space that allows for all those wild, spinning, chaotic thoughts to dissipate. A serene space that will allow and support the nervous system to experience and remember what peace feels like. A space that is enveloped in grace.

Attendees will experience keynote speaking, storytelling, sound, breath, meditation and movement woven together to create an opportunity to access clarity with greater ease. Sound frequency and vibration will be used to increase the production of alpha waves in the brain, promoting relaxation and creative thinking. Purposeful breaks and embodiment experiences are scheduled in to support attendees in processing and integrating in real-time throughout the experience.
