ITX is a strategic and playful pause to bring attendees into lightness and calm presence, allowing access to profound clarity. This shift from chaos to clarity will have a positive impact in all areas of life, creating a deeper wellbeing both personally and professionally. ITX is an experience intentionally created to catalyze personal growth and have fun while doing so!

Together we will co-create an empowering synergy and step into an environment of pure presence. One of vast space that allows for all those wild, spinning, chaotic thoughts to dissipate. A calm space that will allow and support the nervous system to experience and remember what peace feels like. A space that is enveloped in grace.

​Our bodies are wired for storytelling, connection and sound.

Attendees will experience keynote speaking, storytelling, sound, breath, meditation and movement woven together to create an opportunity to access clarity with greater ease. Sound frequency and vibration will be used to increase the production of alpha waves in the brain, promoting relaxation and creative thinking. Deliberate breaks and embodiment experiences are intentionally scheduled in supporting attendees to process and integrate in real-time throughout the weekend.

A journey that balances the individuals inward experience with community and connection!​

Your ITX experience begins as soon as you commit to being with us! Start searching for and recording the GIFTS in your life. The gifts in things like a tough situation, an experience, or flipping a perspective! Record your name and each gift on a 3" to 4" size paper to bring with you to the event. These will become ballots in a prize draw, AND there's no limit on how many times you can enter!
